i know you have been up each morning to see how the lads were doing with the cladding. Glyn came up late pm yesterday as the lads were just finishing up, they worked through all that heavy rain and were soaked, but they wanted to finish it yesterday, anyway it looks lovely and they have done a very good job, they were very pleasant young men, most polite, leaving it all tidy and swept up before they left , no hesitation in recommending your firm to anyone who asks who did my cladding, i have already had some lovely comments from a lot of my neighbours. anyway many thanks to you and Glyn for overseeing everything. a really beautiful job.

I am writing to express my appreciation of the work your glaziers carried out on my bungalow earlier this month.
Having five windows fitted, two of which were extremely large and another replaced with French doors that required cutting in to walls, I can only compliment the workforce unreservedly. Apart from expertly and quickly fitting the windows, they were considerate and polite, extremely tidy, and on leaving everything was cleaned and removed all rubbish.
I would have no problem in recommending your company to any other prospective customers. You have all been very helpful from my initial telephone call, to the site manager who came and visited, the workers who fitted the windows and everyone inbetween.
