Based at Rolle Quay, Barnstaple, we were founded in 1988 by David and Michele Muir. We traded as a partnership until the incorporation of the Company on May 23rd 2003 and we have been trading as a Limited Company since 1st July 2003.

Michele is Managing Director, running the office side of the business and ensuring that all our customers needs are met. David is Director and Company Secretary and supervises the experienced workforce on all installations. Both David and Michele are only a phone call away, so if any customer wishes to speak to them, they are readily available.

As participants of the "Customer First Scheme" run by the Trading Standards Service of Devon County Council, we pride ourselves in our high standard of workmanship and customer care. Our business declares that:

We are undertaking a series of structured site specific health and safety management training sessions in line with 'Successful Health & Safety Management HSG 65' and are on the 'Road to Safety' programme with Business Link for Devon & Cornwall, and everyone from staff to customers will benefit.

As members of FENSA, we are able to offer a full service to include: the controls necessary to ensure compliance to Part L (conservation of fuel and power) of the Building Regulations, as well as give notice to the Local Authority and a Certificate of Compliance to the customer.

We achieved INVESTORS IN PEOPLE status in September 2003. This is a National Standard which sets the level of good practice for improving an organisation's performance through it's people. The standard provides the framework for continuous improvement of both the organisation and its people.
